The biggest mistake that people make when dieting is that they try to hard and then give up. The only way I was able to defeat this was by allowing myself two cheat days each week. The calorie calculator included within this app uses computations derived from my own personal experience and have worked for myself and others that I have helped to lose weight.

My calorie calculator will provide you with a five day diet calorie number and a two day cheat calorie number. Allowing your self a cheat day will help you make it through the tough times when your friends or family are eating things that you know you can not have and lose weight. Just knowing that I had two days cheat approaching helped me say no to temptation and helped me to succeed.

I have also included within this app my personal suggestions to you as to how to lose weight.
If you truly take what I am going to teach you and use it in your daily life the fat will literally melt away and you will never, and I mean never feel like you are starving yourself or missing out on what you love to eat.Friends, I lost my weight and never stopped having my favorite foods, including fast food and alcohol. Now lets talk about how this is going to work.

From my experience the most effective way to change habits is to catch yourself and stop yourself before you commit the bad habit. I did this by teaching myself different triggers. These triggers help us realize that we are about to perform a bad habit.

I learned my triggers by listing them out on an audio recording and then listened to them daily. I listened to them until they were burnt in to my brain.I did this for about two weeks and then became frustrated and gave up.

But can you guess what happened next? It was about a month later that I realized my uniform from work was beginning to become stretched out and fitting a little loose. So I went to the scrub store and tried on a few and guess what. My old scrubs hadnt stretched, I had lost a little weight.

Now it didnt occur to me right off what was going on but for the following few weeks I kept loosing a pound or even 2 every week. All together I had lost about 6 pounds and really didnt know why.Thats when I found it! I discovered the audio file I had made on my phone and it hit me, my eating habits where indeed changing.

Immediately I began listening again. I would listen to it every evening while I was sitting around browsing the internet or cooking supper. I even let it play while I took a relaxing bath. Eventually I would become tired of it and I would stop. When I felt like I might be slipping into my old habits Id start listening again. As of the day I wrote this I had lost 80lbs! And I never once refused myself my favorite foods.
